    How do I cancel an order?
    Please don’t cancel, it makes us sad :( ; And sad backwards is das..And das not good


    If you still insist, you can cancel an order that has not yet been shipped by sending us a request to assist-ant@fryingpun.com or call us on +91 99 7055 4321. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.

     
    What is your return policy?
    You really want to return something so supercalifragilisticexpialidocious? We have systems in place so that you don’t get too ferocious. 

    You can easily return the product up to 20 days from the date of dispatch only if it meets any of the following requirements:
    • It was delivered in a defective condition
    • You have received a wrong size
    • It is different from what you ordered
    • Did not meet the quality expectation

    The returned product should be in its original packaging and in the same unused and unwashed condition as received. You will have to self-courier the product that you want to return/exchange to the below mentioned address. We shall reimburse you an amount of Rs.100 per order. We recommend you send the product through a reliable local courier service with tracking facility. Also, retain the courier proof until you have received the refund.

    Do you arrange for Reverse Pickups?
    You mean do we arrange for spukciP?

     
    Unfortunately, we don't arrange for reverse pickups. You will have to ship the item back.

     
    Where do I mail the returns?

    Do you internet and email using folk even know how to send a physical mail? If not, you’ll have to google it..and do it.

    Please mail the item(s) to the address below. Do remember to mention your order number and contact number!

    When will I receive a replacement?
    If we receive your item safely, you will receive it back from us. It's a simple trade off like it's done since neolithic times. We party like it's 4000 B.C.

    Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
    • The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
    • The packaging should have the original tags in place.
    They should be returned within 20 days from the dispatch date.

    Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

     

    What is your refund policy?
    If we could make a policy just being selfish as we are, we wouldn't have any refund options. But since this is the real world, we must refund you if you would like a refund. So that you keep liking us in exchange.
    You will get the refund to the original payment source.

     
    How long does it take to get the refund?
    About a weak. Sorry for my week spelling.
    The refund process will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the returned product. The amount will be refunded in your account in 7-10 working days after that.
