What’s Frying Pun’s return/exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges under two circumstances mentioned below:
- If there is a manufacturing defect in the product from our end
- If you received an incorrect product that is other than the one your ordered on our website
Please mail us at email@example.com before you return the products to us for us to be able to process your return request.
Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per Frying Pun's Exchange Policy?
Face Masks, Hoodies, Posters, Mobile Covers, Mugs, Magic Mugs, Coasters, Mouse Pads, Pop Grips, Button Badges & Notebooks are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.
In case of any sort of manufacturing defect, you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you out.
How do I mail the returns?
Do you internet and email using folk even know how to send a physical mail? If not, you’ll have to google it..and do it.
You can send it back to us via a cost effective courier company or registered post. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address. Please email us on email@example.com and our team will help you out.
Can Frying Pun arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?
You mean do we arrange for spukciP?
Unfortunately no, we do not offer this service at the moment.
Will I have to pay for returning the products?
Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us. We will reimburse you with discount coupon worth Rs. 50 once we receive your products back and verify that they are new and unused. This coupon can be used on any future purchase of Frying Pun products.
I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the pictures/videos of the product/print. We will verify that and upon approval, send you a replacement within 48 hours.
How do I cancel my order?
Please don’t cancel, it makes us sad :( ; And sad backwards is das..And das not good
You can cancel an order that has not yet been shipped by sending us a request to email@example.com. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
