    What’s Frying Pun’s return/exchange policy?

    You really want to return something so supercalifragilisticexpialidocious? We have systems in place so that you don’t get too ferocious. 

    If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us within 15 days of the delivery via any cost effective courier or registered post. We will issue a discount coupon for the value of the products plus an additional Rs. 50 to compensate for the amount spent by you in sending the product(s) back to us. (Cash on Delivery handling charges are non-refundable).

    What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per Frying Pun's Exchange Policy?

    Posters, Mobile Covers, Mugs, Magic Mugs, Coasters, Mouse Pads, Pop Grips, Button Badges & Notebooks are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.

    In case of any sort of manufacturing defect, you can mail us at assist-ant@fryingpun.com and we'll help you out.


    How do I mail the returns?

    Do you internet and email using folk even know how to send a physical mail? If not, you’ll have to google it..and do it.

    You can send it back to us via a cost effective courier company or registered post. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address. Please mail the item(s) to the address below. Do remember to mention your order number and contact number!

    Can Frying Pun arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?

    You mean do we arrange for spukciP?

    Unfortunately no, we do not offer this service at the moment.


    Will I have to pay for returning the products?

    Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us. We will reimburse you with discount coupon worth Rs. 50 once we receive your products back and verify that they are new and unused. This coupon can be used on any future purchase of Frying Pun products.


    I have received a wrong/defective product. How do I proceed?

    Please send us an email at assist-ant@fryingpun.com with the pictures/videos of the product/print. We will verify that and upon approval, send you a replacement within 48 hours.


    How do I cancel my order?

    Please don’t cancel, it makes us sad :( ; And sad backwards is das..And das not good

    You can cancel an order that has not yet been shipped by sending us a request to assist-ant@fryingpun.com or call us on +91 99 7055 4321. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.
