    Is my order confirmed?
    Check the order page and your inbox, what’s the point of checking here? But if you are still confused like we always are, some spare-sage technology will make sure you will receive an email and an sms on order confirmation.     When will you ship my order?
    2 Business days. That’s the time we’ll take ok? The reality is, whenever you place an order, a bell goes off at our office, then we have a raging 2 day party and celebration for the new order, after which wake up hungover and ship the orders. Final delivery time will vary based on our motivation, transportation and your location.


    When will my order get delivered?
    No more daily worry about Delivery.

    How much will I be charged for delivery?
    
For online transactions above Rs.499, our shipping is like Dead Batteries…..It’s Free of Charge.
    Cash on Delivery charges of Rs. 49 will be charged for Cash on Delivery orders.

    How can I track my order?
    We ship the orders, but you want to track it? I think we need to Train you to get our puns. 

    An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can also track your order by clicking on the option Track Order on our website after logging in.

    I don’t want the package to carry an invoice/amount as it is a gift. Can this be done?
    Unfortunately not. Invoices are mandatory due to Government regulations.


    I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
    The Journal of Neuropsychiatry & Clinical Neurosciences says that Puns are a sign of a damaged brain. But in case the Product you receive from us Brain Damaged folk is also damaged, please initiate a return by reaching out to us on assist-ant@fryingpun.com and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
