Will I Be Charged For Customs Charges In Case Of International Shipping?
No, our prices are inclusive of the customs / imports duties & taxes. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL & India Post to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep.
Can My Order Ship To A Post Office Box?
No. Since we offer door to door deliveries through our shipping partners therefore you must include full address details including a street address for the shipping address.
What Currency Will My Order Be Billed In?
Your order will be billed in the currency of your debit/credit card.
What Is Frying Pun’s Return/Exchange Policy For International Orders?
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items will have to be unused and returned in their original condition.
Frying Pun will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers will need to pay for the shipping costs.
What Products Cannot Be Returned/Exchanged As Per Frying Pun's Exchange Policy?
Face Masks, Hoodies, Posters, Mobile Covers, Mugs, Magic Mugs, Coasters, Mouse Pads, Pop Grips, Button Badges & Notebooks are manufactured on-demand and made especially for you once you place an order, and hence, we cannot accept Returns or Exchanges for these products.
In case of any sort of manufacturing defect, you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you out.
Will I Have To Pay For Returning The Products?
Yes, you will have to bear the shipping charges for sending your products back to us.

I Have Received A Wrong/Defective Product. How Do I Proceed?
Please send us an email at email@example.com with the pictures/videos of the product/print. We will verify that and upon approval, send you a replacement within 48 hours.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel an order that has not yet been shipped by sending us a request to firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp or call us on +91 99 7055 4321. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned above is applicable.
